- Returns are accepted for full boxes in their original condition within 21 days of the purchase date.
- A minimum restocking fee of 20% applies to all returns.
- No returns are accepted for setting materials, including adhesives, cements, grout, and sealers, from October to April, due to their sensitivity to temperature variations.
- Custom cut items are made to your specifications and, as such, cannot be returned.
- Please inspect your product upon receipt. Any damaged or incorrect material must be reported to Tilemaster within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for replacement, exchange, or return.
- Please inspect your product before installation. Claims related to the product will not be accepted once installation has occurred. Technical failures of the product will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate resolution.

No returns on sale / clearance items and special orders. We do not accept claims after installation.
No returns on mortars, grouts and liquids between October 15 and April 15.
